Description

REVEAL is a preliminary model which aims at investigating participation design within a museological context. The system, located in Rio de Janeiro Botanical Garden, presupposes the participation of high school students in an activity elaborated by the Environment Museum team. Participants contribute with photographs captured with mobile devices.

The project was developed by VISGRAF Laboratory research staff member Juliano Kestenberg in order to obtain his MSc degree in Design. Particularly, a collaboration was established between VISGRAF Lab, ESDI (the design institute of Rio de Janeiro State University) and the Environment Museum (Rio de Janeiro Botanical Garden).
