Reconhecimento de Caracteres Alfanuméricos para Identificação de Placas de Veículos

Abstract:

This paper proposes a syntatic techniques for recognizing alphanumeric characters from intensity images. The solution is applied to identification of vehicle plates, and the requirements of a working system in this domain are set to be achieved. The system is under development and an analysis is made on the steps of the solution.
