Dynamic Texture for Implicit Surfaces

Dynamic texture mapping is a new method developed in this project to overcome the difficulties on applying bidimensional texture onto implicit surfaces.

Unlike parametric surfaces, implicit surfaces do not have a natural coordinate system defined on them, and traditional parametric texture mapping cannot be used.

The method tracks particles associated with the gradient vector field of the implicit function. The dynamic particle system is used to acquire texture coordinates in a support object.
